Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy
1. Refund policy will be honored if you call Windtee™ within 100 days of original purchase date. Product must be in original, resalable, new condition with tags and labels intact (including all packing materials), and accompanied with a copy of the invoice e-mailed to you, the online customer. Failure to comply with this requirement, will result in forfeiture of your ability to obtain a full refund. Windtee™ will only reimburse the return shipping cost (applicable to Refunds and Returns only) to you, the online customer, if it is equal to or less than the amount our preferred shipper charged for the return. 2. Exchange policy, in regards to changing graphic styles, garment colors, and t-shirt sizes, will only be honored if you, the online customer, agrees to pay outbound and inbound applicable shipping rates.
3. In the rare case of verifiable manufacturer defects and flaws, Windtee™ at their discretion, will pay shipping rates.
4. Online customer must contact Windtee™ in order to receive a RMA number which is active for 14 days. If the 14 days expire after receiving a RMA number, customer must contact Windtee™ for an updated RMA number. 5. In your email, include name, order details, and reason for your refund, return, or exchange.
